We Are What We Agree To: Decoding Our Mind (The Coach B Collection)

By Bilal “Coach B” Willis

And identity shapes destiny. From prison yards to podiums, from broken promises to powerful agreements, Bilal “Coach B” Willis has lived the truth of one statement: We are what we agree to. In this bold and transformative book, Coach B—certified life coach, peer counselor trainer, state mentor, and reentry leader—shows how the agreements we inherit, accept, or reject determine whether we stay bound by cycles or step into freedom. Blending raw personal stories, parables, neuroscience, and coaching tools, this book is more than inspiration—it’s a practical manual for building a life of resilience, accountability, and purpose.
