Ms. Linda Martin is a Certified Senior Proessional in Human Resources and is Director of Human Resources Development for a health care system. She holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth Univesity. She is currently working on a book designed to assist leaders in assessiong their effectiveness through reflective writing.
