About the Author
Tami A. Ross, RDN, LD, CDE, MLDE, FAADE is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, and nationally recognized speaker, consultant, and health and nutrition writer from Lexington, KY. She is past president of the American Association of Diabetes Educators and has been honored as Diabetes Educator of the Year by the Diabetes Care and Education dietetic practice group. Tami writes for professional and consumer publications and has co-authored 9 other books.
Nancy Hughes is a bestselling author and leading food consultant. She has written 19 nationally published cookbooks and developed recipes for 58 additional cookbooks with over 7,500 published recipes to her credit. Nancy has been honored to work with clients across the United States and Canada.
