Are you not feeling the usual joy in your heart that you used to feel and rather feel irritable with all your daily tasks and jobs? If you feel short-changed with the food you ordered on the go, If your productivity at any given time would be worth, generally, nothing, or If you know that at the back of your head, you wished you could do at least something different that would contribute towards changing everything without compromising on anything, rather requiring you to do less than what you are currently doing (to suffer its consequences!) Then you have at least made a start in the right direction! About the Author Placid DMello is just your average next-door guy with a 3-year diploma from India's premier hotel management Institute who happens to care a lot about daily food choices because the quality of your daily life depends on who you are as that is basically what you eat on a daily basis. That's all! And guess what, you just happen to be a lucky one of them.
