Robin Gilmore began her formal dance training at age four and continues to study movement in many forms. She earned B.A. with honrs from the American University Department of Performing Arts and an M.F.A. in Dance from Temple University.
Robin qualified as an Alexander Technique teacher in 1986. A certified member of Alexander Technique International, she is also an ATI Sponsoring Member responsbile for granting teacher certification. She directed an Alexander Technique teacher training program in Japan from 1993 to 1999 and now runs a training program in North Carolina.
