Using her NLP expertise, health coaching, fitness training and over 10,000 hours of acting time, Sonia specializes in personal transformation that integrates the mind, body, and emotion to create lasting change. Satra is also the founder & CEO of Moticise, an award-winning wellness program that combines mindset and movement.
