Essentially, I’ve eliminated anything that causes inflammation, or an allergic reaction in my own cooking. Allergies are on the rise, and learning to prepare foods that those with allergies are able to eat can be fun and enjoyable. When you feel good on your diet, it’s all the incentive you need to keep it up. Eating pure foods also has significant health benefits for everyone.

When I refer to “Pure Foods” I mean consuming a simple diet of freshly prepared single ingredient foods that satisfy the bodies needs, without including foods your body reacts to. In some cases metal allergies can cause further challenges. If you are reacting to nickel, I’ve included suggestions for “Nickel-free Cooking” using metal-free cookware and utensils.
