Recent science shows that different foods increase our blood glucose at different rates. Simple refined carbohydrates, such as sugars, potatoes, pasta and rice, can cause the biggest increases in blood glucose, which causes a spike that over time is damaging to our bodies and results in Type 2 Diabetes, heart conditions, and some cancers.

The ingredients and combinations that I use, aim to help to reduce your body’s glucose responses, which in turn reduces the amount of damage caused to your body, so that you can enjoy feeling good now, tomorrow and in the future!
