What Made You A Manager Won't Make You A Leader

WHAT IF THE RHYME WE LEARNED AS CHILDREN WAS ACTUALLY A ROADMAP FOR LEADERSHIP

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. But what if the hill was ambition, the bucket was belief, and the fall was inevitable growth? Set in the glass towers and desert light of Dubai, What Made You A Manager Won't Make You A Leader follows Jack - a man promoted into leadership, burdened with expectations, and quietly unraveling. Hes ambitious, capable, and lost.

What begins as a climb toward success becomes a deeper reckoning with vision, self-doubt, and what it truly means to lead in a place that demands the impossible. Each chapter draws from the lines of a nursery rhyme we all remember and reimagines them as windows into the moments we forget to examine: the fall after the rise, the silence after the applause, the questions we avoid.

This is a story about momentum, mistakes, and what happens when you stop trying to carry what no longer fits.
