Most pages are clean, unmarked, and tight but there is a water stain on lower corner up to about page 25; ink underlining and margin notes throughout; name/date inked on upper front flyleaf; tanning inside front and back covers; spotting and soiling on outer edges of textblock; cover is sturdy but with stains and a little shelf and corner wear.
