About the Author

W. F. Walker Johanson was raised in the Presbyterian, Congregationalist, and Methodist traditions. Johanson is the president the National Institute for Organizational Research, an expert in higher-education marketing, and an accomplished marketing strategist, writer, and public speaker. He lives in Virginia with his wife, Kerry.
