Dr. Barbara R. Cohl is a licensed psychologist with over thirty years of experience in the field of Mental Health. Currently Dr. Cohl has a full-time private practice in which she provides treatment for individuals, couples, and families. In 1995, Dr. Cohl created the House Pet Behavioral Consultation Service in which she consults with veterinarians and owners of cats and dogs who exhibit challenging behaviors.
