Words have power.

Imagine a life where you:

• can finally look at yourself in the mirror and feel pleased with what you see
• come home from a hard day and find peace of mind instantly
• finally hold on to that good man because you know he'll love you as you are
• start your own business openly, knowing others will love it as much as you do

Stop worrying about what other people will think. You have always been able to do and have anything you dream of, but it's about time that you actually feel you can. Create your new life with the words from this book.

It's time to transform like a butterfly

And let negative thoughts just flutter by

Changing how I see people and situations

By doing so, I improve my human relations

This book will be in your corner every step of the way, providing a daily dose of encouragement to help you stay on track as you continue on your journey to learn how to love yourself. It will be on your nightstand when you wake up, by your side as you sip your morning tea, on your desk when you need a break or a change in perspective, on the coffee table to prop you up after a hard day, and snuggle under the covers with you to wish you good dreams.

You don't have to do it all alone.

Use this book whenever you need to remember that you're a powerful creator, that you're perfect in your imperfection, that you have value, and that there are so many good things already in your life and so many more waiting for you to open the door and let them in.
