Ray Capp has been Executive VP of Thomas Nelson Publishers, responsible for worldwide sales, marketing services, systems, distribution, customer service, trasportation, logistics, telecommunications, payroll, human resources, Internet development, and industrial engineering. Prior to joining Thomas Nelson, Ray served as Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Entertainment, where, in six years, he built the company into the largest seller of prerecorded videocassettes in the world.
He serves on the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of Middle Tennessee.
