When One Door Closes

When Jenna meets Liam Toliver at a party, she never expects to see him again. After a series of missteps, Liam ingratiates himself into Jenna's life. Smitten with the man, she allows him to monopolise her time, and the longer she spends with him, the more infatuated she becomes. Liam's insistence that he can never love Jenna because he has given his heart to another causes Jenna to end their association.

Liam begs Jenna to reconsider, and eventually, he agrees to her conditions, and the two marry. Despite Liam's insistence that he has moved on, the spectre of Amelia hangs over their marriage. The arrival of the private investigator reveals Liam's lies and ends their marriage.

Pregnant and single, Jenna turns to Gage for support, not knowing that Gage wants more than friendship. Gage becomes Jenna's saviour, but can they overcome the hurt and anger Jenna feels after being so callously dealt with by Liam? Will Liam relinquish his rights to the child, or will Jenna have to fight him for custody?
