When Enemies Bear My Name (Paperback or Softback)

You have been given an anointing to walk in peace, even if standing firm means standing alone.

Frances enjoyed an idyllic childhood growing up in a small town in East Texas during the 1950s. She married the man of her dreams, her college

sweetheart-a wealthy business student who only had eyes for her. As they flew off to their honeymoon in his family's Lear jet, nothing could be better, except things did get better. Frances gave birth to three beautiful children over the course of the next four years. What more could she ask for?

The pressures of family life and social obligations contributed to her developing a crippling anxiety disorder. One thing led to another, and one morning she came home to find that her husband and children had moved out and abandoned her. So began many years of grief, difficulty, and loneliness.

When Enemies Bear My Name is the autobiography of a woman who is no stranger to trials and tribulation. Through years of divorce, death, and failure, Frances finds strength and healing from the love of her Lord and Savior. The nurturing messages of the Holy Spirit transform the deep darkness of deceit and despair into the healing light of hard-won forgiveness and redemptive grace.
