When God Says, "I Will": 24 Promises from God That Will Change How You Face Today and Tomorrow

Did you know not every promise in the Bible was written directly to you?
That’s right—some promises were spoken to Israel, some to individuals, and some to the church as a whole. So how do you know which promises you can cling to with confidence today?

That’s where this devotional comes in.
When God Says, “I Will”: 24 Promises That Change How You Face Today and Tomorrow is not a fluffy “name-it-and-claim-it” guide. It’s a bold, joyful, and sometimes challenging journey through Scripture that shows you the difference between conditional promises (those that require your faith, obedience, or prayer) and unconditional promises (those that depend solely on God’s character).

Each day invites you into one of God’s great promises with:

• A full Scripture passage in its context

• A thought-provoking reflection that’s both theological and practical

• Application questions that stretch your faith and your courage

• A prayer to help you respond to God’s Word

You’ll discover that every single promise God makes—whether to ancient Israel or the early church—finds its ultimate fulfillment in Jesus Christ. As the apostle Paul wrote:

“For no matter how many promises God has made, they are ‘Yes’ in Christ. And so through him the ‘Amen’ is spoken by us to the glory of God.”
—2 Corinthians 1:20 (NIV)

So buckle up for 24 days that will energize your faith, challenge your assumptions, and ground you in the faithfulness of the God who still says, “I will.”
