When the Harvest Moon Rises

A haunting, gripping mystery you won't want to put down

“…Scott Welker's writing is incredibly vivid and atmospheric. His detailed descriptions of the characters and scenes bring the town of Edith's Hollow to life, pulling readers into its eerie embrace..."

Most people said the ghost stories were only rumors; but there were things about the stories that nobody knew…

The tiny, secluded town encircled by forest and shadows was eerie and unsettling. Jaime and his mom were newcomers and it was clear that they were not welcome. But, when Jaime discovers an old, mysterious house hidden deep in the woods, life in his new home becomes more interesting. Soon, he is asking questions the townspeople don’t want him asking. When he finds himself trapped inside one of its rooms late one night, he discovers that the house holds secrets about the town's dark past. Even more unsettling, though, is the being roaming the halls outside of his door. Saddled with fear but determined to escape, he must figure out why she is there and what she plans to do with him when the harvest moon rises on Halloween night.
