About the Author

As an educator for over 30 years, Teresa Monaghan has spent her professional career working directly with young people, ranging in age from early childhood to teenage years. She has experienced first-hand the impact emotional education has on children. Teresa believes that equipping children with an emotional toolkit-teaching them the skills and supporting their emotional growth and development-is the best gift we can give our children, as parents, as educators, and as a community. Teresa is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She is excited to continue creating books that support children as they grow.
