When Simple Becomes Extraordinary

This is the story of a 60-year-old man with type-2 diabetes and high cholesterol from nearly three decades of sedentary living who decided to take simple steps to improve his health. After trying "get-fit-quick" plans that didn't work, Robert Schuler settled on a simple process that focused on reasonable, achievable goals completed over time.

This book details the steps Robert took that dramatically improved his health. Over a 30-month period, with very little prior fitness training, Robert completed over 2,000 run miles and over 2-million pounds of strength training.

Discover the fulfillment that Robert found in the power of daily movement as he shares his triumphs and trials with a fun mix of humor. Most importantly, he reveals the ten steps he discovered that opened a whole new lifestyle to him, bringing health, enjoyment, and lasting results.
