Zuane Lerm was born in Pretoria, South Africa, and spent most of her childhood in Johannesburg before moving to Cape Town at the age of eleven. She now lives in a coastal, just outside Cape Town. Zuane discovered her passion for storytelling at the age of twelve, after rewriting the ending of a book that left her unsatisfied. That single moment sparked a love for writing that hasn't faded since. Drawing inspiration from her own life, she weaves fragments of personal experience into her fictional worlds, crafting emotionally rich stories that explore love, loss, and the quiet moments in between.
