I AM ENOUGH: When you know who you are you cannot be convinced otherwise.

There are many people who are wearing invisible mask that many can’t see, but it is very real. Masks are meant to hide. We wear invisible masks to cover our insecurity, our ill motives, our trauma that still impacts us, and our low confidence. We wear all kinds of masks. The thing about masks is that they are meant to protect us, not imprison us. You can spend your entire life never having real relationships, real faith, real love, and real purpose, all because we choose to live our lives with a mask on. In the book, I Am Enough Dr. Samaria gives the reader insight on how we come to believe our authentic selves are not enough and what we can do to confront this wrong perception with the word of God to recover, heal and then take our mask off.
