'where the river pauses' is rachna's first collection of poetry. it was not born of a neat or linear life, but of a fully felt one-shaped by aching silences, sacred pauses, and the slow return to one's own breath. the heart does not shatter-it deepens. these 21 poems are meditations on longing, parting, and the slow, luminous work of becoming whole in the aftermath of love. They move like water- through grief, memory, desire, and self-acceptance.

Rachna is a human process facilitator, co-founder of three ventures, and a Fellow at Sumedhas. She is the co-author of Discover The Alchemist Within: Taking the First Step Towards Personal Growth. But more than titles or roles, she is a lifelong student of human depth: of longing, messiness, complexity, ghosts, and tenderness.
