Where Her Shadow Fell

In the quiet town of Cascade Ridge, Oregon, shadows don’t just stretch....they reach.

Ten years ago, Lena Carter vanished without a trace. Her younger sister Maya heard the scream, saw the blood and then nothing. No body. No answers. No justice.

Now a seasoned investigative journalist, Maya returns to the town that silenced her grief and buried her questions. But when a local girl goes missing under strikingly similar circumstances, long-buried secrets claw their way back into the light. And some of them wear familiar faces.

With the help of Daniel, an enigmatic ally with a dangerous past, Maya begins to peel back the layers of corruption, family lies, and a secret society with roots deeper than the town itself. As trust unravels and danger tightens its grip, Maya must confront not just the truth about Lena… but the darkness within herself.

Where Her Shadow Fell is a haunting romantic thriller blending small-town mystery, chilling cult conspiracies, and grounded spiritual unease. Perfect for fans of true crime fiction with an emotional punch, this is the first novel in a psychological thriller series you won’t forget.
