Bruce B. Roberts is Professor Emeritus of Psychology at St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minnesota, and coauthor of I Remember When (2000) and Reminiscing Together (1990).

Joe E. Smith is the former pastor of St. James Lutheran Church, Portland, Oregon.
