Good condition. The front cover has light wear and minor scuffing. A used-bookshop price sticker showing a former retail figure, with an inventory number above it is affixed to the upper area of the back cover, and there is a small crease and crack at the top of the back cover near the spine. Pages are clean and bright with no writing or highlighting noted, and the fold-out plan of the city is present and intact. The binding is sound. Light general handling wear consistent with a 1979 printing.

For 15 years I've been an Oregon CPA, and for 10 of those I taught tax and accounting at the college level.
