Orig. published in 1932 by Altemus, this is the First Edition from Donahue (First, thus), in 212 pages, with glossy frontispiece & DJ covert art by Russell H. Tandy (better known for his Nancy Drew illustrations). With deep red cloth-covered boards lettered in black to front & spine, this hardcover 8vo is in Near Fine condition: exceptionally clean & bright, binding strong & straight, hinges secure. Pages are moderately tanned, heavier around the edges, but unmarked. The ORIGIINAL unclipped DJ is VG- (minus), with slight chipping at all corners & both ends of spine, light creasing; protected by former owner in nonreflective mylar cover.
