Who Is My Librarian?: A Rhyming Children's Book About Librarians, Reading, and Everyday Heroes

Librarians do so much more than check out books…

They guide us to new stories, answer questions big and small, and even share their own love of reading outside the library walls. They help with computers, organize events, and encourage children to dream, imagine, and grow.

This heartfelt rhyming picture book celebrates librarians as everyday heroes — real people who open doors to imagination, learning, and community.

Children will discover that librarians:
✅ Help kids find books on every topic, from bugs to space
✅ Bring stories to life during exciting read-alouds
✅ Teach responsibility with book care and returns
✅ Encourage curiosity, kindness, and lifelong reading
✅ Are caring friends who guide students and families alike

✨ Who Is My Librarian? is part of the “Who Is My…?” series, which honors the everyday heroes in a child’s life — from teachers and principals to bus drivers, firefighters, and more.
