Book condition is very good. Book boards are clean and unmarked front and back of the book. Dust jacket is very good, and intact. 1st edition, published 1956. Book is good, except a golden old colour. Spine intact. Ink stamp on the first fly lead page and another on the title page top right-hand corner. No foxing. book weight is 0.392kg. Over-all a great and neat copy for 1956, 1st edition. John Keith Ewers (1904–1978) was an Australian novelist, poet, and short story writer from Western Australia. He was known for writing about Australian life and history, often focusing on local events and landscapes.
