About the Author: Cindy and Bill Adams are principals of Maxcomm Associates, an international consulting and educational training firm. Their clients include: Ameritech, Oakwood Healthcare, Gateway 2000, Kemper, Intermedia Communications, AT&T Capital, Michigan Consolidated Gas (MichCon), First Security, GOJO Industries, Blue Cross/Blue of Florida, American Express, Tupperware Worldwide, and 3M Health Information Systems. They live in Salt Lake City, UT.
Michael Bowker has co-authored or ghost-written six books, including Playing from the Heart and The Visionary Leader (both published by Prima Publishing). He is a former writer for The Los Angeles Times, and has written more than 1,000 articles for a variety of publications. He is a featured writer for Readers Digest, and seven of his articles have been adapted for television. He lives in Placerville, California (near Sacramento).
