Wholehearted Leadership Revolution

Major challenges loom large for our world.

There are no simple solutions, nor a single person, country or organisation to blame. The challenges we face have emerged as a result of well-intentioned systems that have grown and morphed into heartless beasts that no longer serve us but hinder us.

The good news is that there are people who care enough about creating a better world, a better economy, a better workplace, who are willing to step up and lead in a new way. These leaders are breaking down the barriers our systems have been allowed to create and forging a new path for people and businesses to thrive. They encourage others to tap into the innate resources that each individual brings to the table and create a culture of togetherness.

These are our wholehearted leaders.

This is no easy task, but where traditional leadership styles have failed us, a new approach is emerging - one that holds a clear vision for a better future and can stand strong when the world presents barriers that aren't in alignment with what we are trying to create together.

Wholehearted leaders attract and inspire followers at a rate that others are envious of. Their fire and commitment motivate others to find their own passion and go above and beyond for the shared cause. These leaders are out in the trenches, challenging the unchecked growth of systems, organisations and even our consumption. They are courageous, persistent and resilient, and inspire those same qualities of others.

Wholehearted Leadership is a collection of stories from leaders who are paving the way forwards not only for themselves but for their organisations, their families and all of us. They share stories of how they have come up against personal and professional challenges and how they overcame them. They share openly about what it takes to find your courage, harness it and then move forward to create massive change. This is possible for you too.

Are you ready to thrive, take on future challenges and lead the way with an open heart? You are invited to join the Wholehearted Leadership Revolution!
