Why is Angry so Angry? (The Emotion Ensemble)

What should we do when we feel angry?

Everyone feels angry sometimes, and it can be difficult to navigate that feeling.

The Emotion Monster series features the challenging, yet likable characters who were first introduced in the book Letters From Leo. These books serve as tools to help children develop self-awareness of their emotions.

With fun rhymes and comical illustrations, this series serves as a springboard to discuss emotions with children and provides simple strategies to help them turn their day around.
