He lives in Washington, Connecticut.;William Hendricks is president of The Hendricks Group, a Dallas-based company that develops innovative human resource systems for building businesses around people's motivational strengths. He is the author or coauthor of a dozen books, including Your Work Matters to God and On the Road Again: Travel, Love, and Marriage. He and his wife Nancy have three daughters.
