Why Me?

Why Me? is an accumulation of testimonies, life lessons, and pieces of advice that were shared to help others who share in the struggle and depression alike. It is designed to be a guide to help fight depression, show why you're dealing with it, how to turn it into your greatest tool and asset for success. Follow this blueprint and/or, even add your own experiences, to become the best version of yourself-even if right now, you just can't see it. It is designed to be an advocate for depression and suicide prevention.

I hope this has helped you as it has helped me. I also request that you give this a season of learning and understand to put it all into practice. And while you do, just use this phrase that was given to me "Fake it Until You Make It "and chose to be happy. By repeating happy words and positive thoughts your brain will convince itself that that is the new normal and things will start to change. Just give it time, after all Rome wasn't built in a day. Your depression was developed over time and will take time to move past so Good Luck, Godspeed, and God Bless.
