About the Author

Hello, I am Lindsay Spencer-Matthews (Great Change Maker). After 20+ years as a Privately Practicing Psychologist coupled, with another 20 years as a business person and owner of multiple businesses, I decided I wanted to share my knowledge, experiences and learning's with a wider audience. I was becoming increasingly worried by the number of normal everyday people that I met who seemed happy and successful on the outside - but inside they were miserable. Frustrated by the desire to change the world more than one person at a time I expanded my reach through my business Great Change Maker. In 2014 I wrote my first book in the series Why Clever People Do Dumb Things. This powerful but light hearted book contains 9 simple steps to help readers find the way to live a rich, full and meaningful life - in spite of their circumstances. I also use the book as a useful framework at my Speaking and Workshop events.
