Why Get Up in the Morning: A Guide to Meaning in Life

Many talk about "meaning in life" but few of us define it for ourselves. Our problem is not lack of meaning, but the difficulty of naming and claiming it. This book provides a practical, readable way to recognize "your personal philosophy." Grounded in the masters, with an approach personal and heart-felt, the author guides the reader on a journey through three realms philosophers call Having, Doing and Being. With insightful stories, reflective exercises and practical wisdom, he invites you to explore the many ways that people make meaning...and decide which ones fit you.
