About the Author
Conor Cunneen is an Irishman, happily exiled in the United States. An internationally acclaimed award-winning speaker on Strategy, Marketing, Leadership and Motivation, speaking engagements in 2005 include USA, England, Finland, Scotland, Ireland. A former VP Marketing, he has been published over forty times on marketing / strategy topics, primarily related to the foodservice market. He is a recent winner of the coveted Chicago Toastmasters Humorous Speaker of the Year title. His speech was titled Capturing the Guest and was on customer service in San Quentin Jail! The author is co-host of JobTalk, a Chicago radio program that offers advice to those in job transition. He is also President, GROW Foodservice Profit LLC which provides knowledge and content about the US Foodservice market to interested parties, particularly outside the US. This is his first book. He lives in Naperville, Illinois.
