Why Organizations Fall Apart

Organizations often encounter serious obstacles that may result in decline or even collapse. A key issue contributing to this is inadequate leadership succession planning (LSP). Without a robust succession plan, an organization risks stalling or hindering progress toward its mission.

This book distinguishes itself as one of the few works that systematically integrates organizational concepts, theories, and philosophies with biblical principles, all within a professional framework. Its content possesses substantial local and international relevance, appealing not only to church organizations in the United States but also to faith-based communities, non-profit entities, and leadership teams globally. Leadership succession, organizational sustainability, and strategic planning represent pervasive issues encountered by scholars, students, church leaders, pastors, ministry directors, and decision-makers across diverse regions.
