Everyone in Blacktree knows John Braddock.

He's the conspiracy theorist in the ridiculous pink beanie. The man who fills notebooks with impossible predictions, broadcasts warnings over late-night radio, and insists the world is changing in ways no one else can see.

No one believes him.

Then, on the night an unprecedented storm descends upon the mountain town, everything changes.

As civilization begins to unravel, Sheriff John Braddock must protect his family and the people who once mocked him while confronting a terrifying question:

Was the end of the world an accident...

Or was it planned?

Aryn Bats writes psychological-architectural horror and psychogothic fantasy, constructing narratives where institutions shape identity and individuals endure within systems never designed to hold them.

His work explores the quiet erosion of agency within controlled environments. Corridors narrow. Silence conditions. Structures influence long before they are understood. Beneath stone and shadow, abandonment and longing become part of the architecture.

Through recurring symbols of ravens, vaulted shadow, and the red thread, he builds quiet horror cathedrals where awareness unsettles and acceptance follows.

Follow the red thread.
