Recounting ornithological observations. Eighth Reprint of First (Ordinary, 1939) Edn., 1949 (the book was originally pub. in a Signed Limited Edn., 1938); full green cloth; titling blocked in gilt (bright) to front board/spine; top edge green (very slightly faded); ix+[i]+118+[2]pp.; illus. col. plates and bw. repros. (paintings)/drawings. Spine very lightly rubbed/crushed at tail, but robust/clean/bright; boards very clean/crisp/bright; light foxing to bottom edges and endpapers, but text very fresh, pages clean and very crisp/bright; slightly soiled dj. has small chips/tears to top/bottom edges, with small loss (approx. 12mm x 20mm) to tail of spine, but dj. bright. No inscriptions. A weighty tome at approx. 1200g (packaged), hence overseas customers are welcome to contact us to ascertain additional shipping charges incurred. VG- in Good unclipped dj.
