Volumes Fourteen and Fifteen of the Complete Works of Friedrich Nietzsche, "The First Complete and Authorised (sic) English Translation." Parts I and II. Tight bindings, solid blue boards with embossed head of Nietzsche to front boards, gilt lettering to lightly age-toned spine strips with chipped heads, darkening to end papers, small bookseller sticker affixed to rear paste down (Brentano's) otherwise clean and unmarked throughout. Volume Fourteen--Books One and Two, 1910, 384 pages. "Of the Second Edition making Two Thousand Copies this is No. 944." Volume Fifteen-Books Three and Four, 1913, 432 pages, "Of the Second Edition of One Thousand Copies this is No. 2011" (The limitation page really says it is no. 2011/1000!).
