groot-formaat kunstboek (30x24 cm), gebonden in vollinnen band, 144 pagina's, 120 illustraties . ISBN 9782930338248. Dit voorliggende werk is een prachtig kunstboek dat in opdracht van Absolute Art Gallery werd uitgebracht door uitgeverij Art in Belgium. Het is een monografie van Wim Ricourt, een uit Zelzate afkomstig kunstenaar. Ricourt werd geboren op 29 september 1963 en studeerde aan de Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten te Gent. Vanaf 1985 volgt dan een indrukwekkende lijst van deelnames aan tentoonstellingen waar hij zijn dynamiek in vorm, lijn en kleur aan de wereld kond kan doen. Yvan De Backer van Absolute Art Gallery verwoordt het in zijn inleiding als volgt: "De confrontatie met zijn gedurfde, kleurrijke composities van materieverf en zijn passionele uitstraling overweldigde ons zodanig dat een samenwerking op lange termijn niet kon uitblijven. Zowel zijn werk als zijn expressievorm getuigde van een opmerkelijk groot talent en een bijzonder communicatieve kracht." Zo verliep de kennismaking in de galerie en zo is ook de reactie van de recensent bij het bekijken van al dat fraais. Want inderdaad, de bewogenheid die Ricourt in zijn werk weet te brengen, zijn gedrevenheid die hij ons voorhoudt, geven zichtbare kenmerken weer in een oeuvre dat bol staat van artistieke kunde en passievolle kunst. Books are offered if unsold. The order of incoming orders will be respected strictly.
The books that are offered online are not available at our bookshop at 48 Kloosterstraat.
You will receive an e-mail confirming the availability of the book(s) and providing details with regard to shipment costs (we use Belgian and Dutch postal companies for the most cost-effective shipments.
The indicated shipment costs have been calculated according to the rates for shipments of up to 2 kilo. We will choose the most cost-effective shipment option, depending on the weight: either letter post or parcel post.
Abe-books charge your Payment, we send only the book to your adress.
