Wrigley Jr. Company Ltd., et al. Light fraying to the spine ends, tips, a few small spots to the foredge, else, very good. Contents remain overwhelmingly bright, clean, and unmarked. The name Wimodausis is taken from the first syllables of the words wives, mothers, daughters and sisters, and was adopted in 1906, two years after the first modest sale of work. From that year many phases of social service work have been engaged in, and the club enlarged to the present group of thirty-five, who stress the value of personal service and responsibility as did the original five members. Since 1915 the main interest of the club has centred around the Earlscourt Children's Home, where, under ideal surroundings, little children are taken during the period of disruption in their own homes. Where possible the parent or guardian pays toward the upkeep of the child, but inability to do so does not disqualify the child from admission. This publication of this third edition of our Cook Book is in response to the continued demand for a former cook book, published some years ago and now out of print.
