Justin Fatica, renowned Catholic evangelist, author, and focus of the HBO documentary Hard as Nails, offers a book of wisdom for teens that presents his acclaimed eight stages to a God-centered life in Win it All: The Way to Heaven for Catholic Teens.
Known across the United States for his fierce, emotive, and attention-grabbing stage presence, Justin Fatica contradicts the barrage of ungodly messages about sex, drugs, violence, and hate that teenagers ingest every day through media and pop culture.
Through the witness of his own faith journey, the wisdom of scripture, and the time-tested teachings of the Catholic Church, Fatica calls teens to a higher standard with his eight steps toward God-centered living. He challenges them to begin right now to live each day as if it were their last with such steps as “recognize your importance,” “make your mess your message,” and “discover God’s plan for your life.” Fatica does not promise teens wealth or popularity, but inspires them with stories from the lives of inspiring Christians, making it easy to apply each of the eight steps to their own lives.
Justin Fatica is the cofounder of Hard as Nails Ministries, which has had an impact on millions across the globe. Fatica and other ministers from Hard as Nails speak regularly at evangelical music festivals, diocesan youth conferences, confirmation retreats, school assemblies, graduations, youth group meetings, days of recollection, prisons, parish missions, and more.
Fatica has also delivered keynote addresses and witnessed to the power of the Gospel at Sunday Masses, amusement parks, and athletic events. His ministry was the subject of an HBO documentary that allowed the world to know Fatica as an intense, controversial, passionate, and genuine minister. He has also been featured on Good Morning America, Nightline, Sirius Radio and more. Fatica went to Seton Hall University and holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and philosophy and a master’s degree in education. He taught high school theology at Paramus Catholic High School in New Jersey.
He is also the cofounder of The Stand, an adult seminar series designed to motivate business leaders, educators, and parents to empower others. In 2009, Fatica’s first book, Hard as Nails, a chronicle of his life and ministry, was published by Doubleday, and his speaking schedule included such highlights as The Awakening, Soulfest, and the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress. He currently lives in Syracuse, New York, with his wife Mary and two children.
