She earned her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, and has maintained an active private practice in Frederick, Maryland since 1978, specializing in goal-oriented counseling and clinical hypnosis. She received her post-graduate training in Clinical Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the American Hypnosis Training Academy in Silver Spring where she has been a Certified Trainer since 1996. For several years, Jill worked as the Stress Management Instructor for the Wellness Center at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
