Reprint. 180pp, with colour illustrations and black and white line drawings in text. Tan cloth-covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine. Yellow endpapers. 4to. Cloth very slightly pushed in at spine ends; tiny spot mark on half title page else volume is neat, clean, bright and tight throughout. In its original, glossy pictorial dust wrapper, very slightly rubbed at edges. A lovely edition, with stunning and delightful illustrations of this timeless children's classic. Pixie O'Harris's illustrations are delicate and fully capture the geniality and innocence of the story.
