Windmills: Large Print Edition

Fresh off the state basketball championship, this little Maine island has never felt more united. So why does it suddenly feel like it's coming apart?

When Piercehaven Power announces plans to erect two windmills on Chicken Hill, the island splits into camps overnight—and neighbors who've known each other their whole lives start acting like strangers.

Emily has her own project. She wants to give the kids who don't play basketball something to call their own, so she drags the island's long-defunct softball team out of the mothballs. The team is bad. Spectacularly bad. But somewhere between the errors and the arguments, something starts to click.

Can a ragtag softball team hold an island together when a power company is trying to tear it apart?
