Conan Kezema has been involved in the computer technology field as an educator, systems consultant, network systems architect, and technical writer. He is a subject matter expert, instructional designer, and technical writer on numerous Microsoft-related projects.
Mike Mulcare is an instructional systems design engineer in the Training and Certification division of the Microsoft Corporation. Mike has worked for the past two years on Directory Services and Windows Server 2003 courseware. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mike developed Windows 2000 courseware for IBM Learning Services and has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1997.
