Windswept

Dr. Mohan Chutani writes plot and short stories in Hindi, English, and Punjabi. Many of his poems have been published in various magazines. He read his poems at various fora including Sahitya Akademi, All India Radio (AIR), The Poetry Society Of India (TPSI), Indian Society Of Authors (INSA) and Punjabi Akademi, Delhi. His first poetry collection titled Matra Nimit in Hindi was published in 2014 by Sanbun Publishers. This collection of poems titled Windswept is his first collection of poems English. He is an Officer of the Indian Economic Service (IES) of 1986 batch. He has in different ministries/departments and contributed to the economic making of the Government of India at different levels. He superannuated from Ministry of Corporate Affairs as Economic Adviser, at the end of 2019. During 1982-86, prior to joining government service, he also worked a lecturer in Economics at Delhi University. He hails from Karnal, his birthplace.
