Developed after a tragic experience his daughter endured while in college. Thomas M. Reidy researched the key ingredients to leadership. His book discusses personal development topics, steps to reduce stress, how to manage anger, and most of all, learning to take responsibility as leaders and role models.

Thomas M. Reidy was born in Elmira, New York. Recognizing leadership skills that were a natural for him, he was renowned as a student leader at an early age. In 1971, his academic achievements were recognized in “Who’s Who in Junior Colleges.” Reidy went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, NY in 1973.
